Tiny Hands

Kailee's hands typing on the computer.

Gracie's hands playing with Littlest Pet Shop.
My daughter's are never going to be this little ever again. Tomorrow their hands will not be as small as they were today. These little hands do amazing things, they make music, they craft unbelievable works of art, they even do implausible things like clean up toys and believe it or not; fold and put clothes away. These little hands like to slap booties and pinch tushies too. It isn't rare for these little hands to get themselves into trouble as well. Leaving messes like toys in the hallways is a dangerous hazard in this clumsy household. Some may feel that  leaving hand prints on the windows and finger prints on the walls would be included in this list of trouble but in this Sassy House of Spalding, it is encouraged. One day I know that these little hand prints won't want to leave hand prints on the windows or finger prints on the wall... and one day I'll miss them but for now, I love each and every one. I hope I never get the urge to wash a wall or window. I want these little hand prints forever be embedded into my heart and soul so I never forget how tiny they are.
