Today the Sassy's and I went to the Discovery Center in Gaylord. Now, I'll be honest this is not a place for older kids. We were there for 45 minutes and after that the Sassy's were over it. It would be a great toddler place but not a place for school age kids. It wasn't worth the $8/kid plus the $5/adult.
Our friends the Himebauch's were going to meet us there but after being there for a half hour we decided that it would better do something else fun. Well... on their way into town poor Luna (The Himebauch mobile) got a flat tire. So we spent 3 1/2 hours in the parking lot waiting for someone to rescue us... well okay change the flat. It turned out that my sister's very kind driver, Jay, saved us and got the lug nuts off and then Kelly's ex-brother-in-law came and attempted to change the flat... it ended up being something that her ex-father-in-law came and changed... after 3 1/2 hours they all piled into our car and we made our way back to their house. Tonight before bed I asked the Sassy's if they had a fun day and they said yes because they were with their friends. I love that being cooped up in a car with their friends made for a fun day. I love these Sassy girls of mine!!! xo
