Mommy Questionnaire

On Sunday Kailee started asking me a lot of questions about me; like my favorite color, my favorite food, my favorite season, etc... so after spending the most spectacular seven minutes with her discussing my favorites (yes I only got seven minutes but I'll take it) she wanted me to write it down so she could see it in "person" and have it so if she wants to make me something she will be "inspired" by the list. (I say this to her all the time -- I need to know your favorites because they change daily -- Gg's new favorite color is teal/aquamarine/bluish-greenish. Kk is still my pink girl... though she wanted a teal coat this year.) So, here's a Mommy Questionnaire I found:

 About Daddy & Mommy

1. married/boyfriend? if so for how long? Married - 10 years!
2. When going out together who drives? Do you prefer it this way? Daddy drives, I like it that way because I prefer to look around at the sites to see.
4. Are you planning on more children? No more, happy with my two beautiful, healthy girls.


About Mommy & Girlies:

1. Do you work or stay at home? Is this by choice? Stay at home; now that mommy has graduated with her Bachelor's Degree and you both are in school, I am going to look for a job. Up until now it has been by choice because I wanted to be home with you both so I didn't miss the one-time firsts that you each had.
2. what's the newest accomplishment your child has done? Kailee just blasted off again in Rocket Math! Gracie is doing a fantastic job reading!!! Both received 100% on last weeks Spelling Test!
3. When is your child the most crabbiest? Gracie in the morning (if she didn't sleep well - like last night) Kailee is the same.
4. What is your favorite way to spend time with them? Reading books snuggling or playing games.
5. Name a unique thing about your child? Gracie will try anything (like going on a rollar coaster). Kailee loves very hot spicy foods (which she is proud of.)

About Mommy

1. How do you pamper yourself after a long day? I like to read books, Nicholas Sparks is still my favorite author.
2. What are you favorite hobbies and TV shows? My favorite hobby is scrapbooking but I haven't done much of it lately - no excuse other than walking down to the basement hurts my leg. TV Shows that I enjoy are: Pinks, 2 Broke Girls, The New Normal and Parenthood.
3. How do you keep the romance alive in your relationship? Daddy and I spend the evenings together either we talk, lately we have been painting a lot or we just lay in bed and snuggle while we watch tv; usually Pinks.
4. What is your best attribute? I believe you girls are the best thing I have ever done. My best quality is my ability to be kind I think...
and last but not least:
5. What inspires you? Book quotes, movies, etc? The most inspirational thing I have heard and has always stuck with me is "Actions speak louder than words." This is absolutely true! You know that people love you because of the way they treat you. You know who cares about you by the amount of effort they put forth in the relationship.
6. Favorites:
 a. color: Yellow (bright and beautiful)
 b. number: 8 (the date I was born)
 c. flower: Sunflower or gerbadaisy
 d. stone: marbled onyx
7. Most prized possession? My wedding ring and mother's ring. I wear them all the time. I have not taken off my the engagement ring (which is in the wedding band now) since daddy gave it to me 12 years ago. Just like I have not taken off the mother's ring since daddy bought it for me 2 years ago.
8. The most important moment of my life: I have had three: The day I married daddy, the day Kailee was born and the day Gracie was born. Those three days will forever be imprinted upon my heart. 
Those are the only ones that I have time for now... I'll do it again soon, promise!
