Week 46

Diego Sparkle came back! After his "straighten up" note from a week ago, you both proved to make the effort! D.S. left a letter saying he was having a great discussion with "Frosty" about God, Love and Friendship! All of which made you both giggle with delight!

D.S. being in the bathroom really freaked out Gg! So, we had to have a talk with him about appropriate places where he can and cannot be. I hope he listens! 

He also decided to decorated the bathroom!

Mommy wrote this big long post about our week and now that I look at again, it's not there! Grrr. That's the down fall of technology! 

We had another short week of school, coming off our two day week the week before for Thanksgiving, this 4 day week was a good ease back into school. Poor Kk started to look real pale in school on Wednesday and ended up going home, she felt ok but was real tired and slept off and on all day. Then Thursday she was still a little pale looking so she stayed home with daddy who was REALLY sick! He was throwing up and actually Kk ended up taking care of him. You are such a good girl Kk! Mommy had to work on Friday; so I got "preapproval" from Mrs. Thola and went into work at 6:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. I managed to accomplish A LOT for Mrs. Santti. We spent our afternoon being cozy and playing games. Since daddy was feeling better, he went to work for the Fire Department downtown at the Open House. It was freezing - so cold that I knew it would have been a miserable evening so we stayed home and cozy with Christmas movies and popcorn! I love our movie nights! We played a lot of Apple to Apples! Which was super fun! Daddy is lucky duck! Gg thinks he's keeping a four leaf clover in his pocket - we agree! Saturday morning Gg had her first Sacrament: Penance which is really special because you "free your heart of anguish"! I wish mommy could have come; I feel terrible though - this flu/cold is miserable. Even Kk did it too and impressed everyone who was there. Gg went back to Father Thom and Kk went to Father Mike. It was amazing! I am so proud of you both! Then that night mommy still wasn't feeling well and daddy took to you both to Mr. Mark & Ms. Jayna's house for a Goose/Duck dinner. You had fun, you played Apples to Apples with some other girls and then daddy brought you both home about 8 p.m. where without argument you  put on jammies and went to bed! We spent Sunday being little elves! You helped mommy wrap oodles of goodies for family Christmas parties! That was really fun because you both are getting so good at wrapping now! I am in awe of your abilities! It's quite impressive! Then we played more Apples to Apples and watched a little of The Grinch! You both are being exasperated with Diego Sparkle and his antics too! When you woke up Sunday morning - he had drew on your school pictures - giving you both mustaches and elf hats! Silly elf! I hope to get more pictures in the coming weeks but you both are in charge of cleaning up his antics so, before I get a photo you have it cleaned up! xoxo
