My Gracie has made me very proud. She decided she wanted to donate 12" of her lovely curly locks to Locks of Love. She was so brave! She went from this long haired baby girl to a short haired little girl in one snip. My heart sang praise while my eyes wept tears of sorrow for the change that she just endured.
My daughters are amazing people. They surprise me every day with the abilities they display; the "newness" of every day brings forth continual evolving in them.Their hearts are bigger than I could ever imagine. My Kailee has donated 12" as well. Making 2011 a total donation of 24" from the Sassy House of Spalding!
These little girls do not truly understand the selflessness they have displayed by donating their hair as they have... they will one day and I will be there to sing praise and weep sorrow... all good all proud all beautiful moments.
